INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Your account may include your email, name, athlete profile, product access, private workouts, recordings, progress, challenge results, community participation and support requests.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

We use information to authenticate and secure accounts, personalize training, provide support, operate product features, moderate community content and deliver notifications you choose. On the web version, order information may also be used to restore eligible account access.

CAMERA, MICROPHONE & RECORDINGS

Camera and microphone access begins only after permission. Workout recordings are private to your account unless you deliberately share them. You can download or delete recordings.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Supabase provides authentication and data services. Shopify processes separate physical-product orders and may support account access on the browser version. The submitted iOS version does not require a Shopify purchase for its available digital functionality. Klaviyo processes selected notification preferences. OpenAI processes AI Coach prompts when that feature is used. Hosting and storage providers process data only as needed to operate the service.

RETENTION, EXPORT & DELETION

Authenticated users can export their account data and permanently delete their LVLUP account from Settings. Limited transaction or security records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance.

COMMUNITY & AGE

Content deliberately posted to community areas may be visible to others and is subject to moderation. The service is not intended for children under 13. Athletes ages 13–17 should use it with parent or guardian approval.
